Party Terms and Conditions
Party slots are offered on a first come first served basis.
Once you have submitted your request, we will offer you an available slot. This is NOT confirmed until you accept the slot and may be offered to someone else.
A booking confirmation will be emailed to you on receipt of acceptance.
If you have not received this please get back in touch as soon as possible.
Payments and Cancellation
Full payment can be made via this link *PayPal* or at reception. Please pay at your earliest convenience.
Any cancellations made 7 days or less, before your party will be charged at 100%
Main Hall
Two adults are required for supervision in the hall
Maximum Number of Children: 30
External party providers must provide proof of public liability insurance when booking.
Soft Play maximum number of children:
40 for the over 3s area
20 for the under 3s area
Party Room
The Party Room is available for an hour starting 15 minutes before the party booking ends. i.e. if you’re party is 11.30am - 12.30pm the party room will be available 12.15pm - 1.15pm.
Food
Due to food hygiene standards no unpackaged food can be brought in. Food can be ordered through Beth at Café Atlantis. Birthday cakes can be ordered externally but unfortunately we cannot allow candles.
